i had wanted to type out this post yesterday but i was so knackered from learning organised dance moves. and i had to wake up early. yes we are back to the issue of ORGANISED dance moves.

well... the day started out alright.. i mean considering i only had like 2 classes that day, it was more than alright i suppose. anyways met sasa for coffee and dome. love the chai latte there. surprisingly they make it really well there cos it's an indian thing. and we all know from experience (i'm sure zhong can more than attest to that fact) that we shd not even remotely attempt to order something asian from an ang moh establishment. it seldom brings more than satisfactory results. but the chai latte at dome was out of the norm. it was actually delish to the point it's addicitive. heh. more on that later... i'm going to eat supper.

okie i'm back. it's abt 2244 now.. ahhaha so long supper and watching numb3rs. new show by the scott bros (tony and ridley). it's not too bad a show. good to see one of the resident 'geek' actors in the lead role. acting as.... yes another geek. ahhaha but more on that the next time. heh

anways, yesterday i had a very nice surprise after coffee with sasa. had forgotten to tell jaja that i was going to have diner at joyce's place and she ended up cooking a very nice western meal for me. which i shared with joyce. we had thai style marinated chicken wings and drumbsticks, salad, french beans w sauteed onions and baked potatoes with sour creams, spring onions and bacon bits (the fake ones.. and in horrid looking shapes --> measles personified.) YUMMY!! this is the first nice nice meal that she cooked for me. i mean as compared to the rest.. which were also nice. it's the presentation of food. not the usual fare. YUMMY. i felt guilty for serving fugly food with no garnishes and for forgetting to tell her i was going to joyce's place for dinnner. but i made it up by ta pao-ing some curry chicken for jaja. (nice chicken..all soft.. yum). and dinner at joyce's (my 2nd) was good as well. thank you auntie for cooking!! curry chicken and fried bee hoon. sorry we came back late and the bee hoon was no longer q!q! hahahah.

and then.. after dinner i embarked on my journey of organised dance moves. i'm not a bad dancer. neither am i good. altho i think i'm more bad than good. and my directionless-ness transposes onto my dancing. i've always been interested in learning swing, cha-cha and the likes. but nv really gotten down to it. didn't know that auntie was an instructor for the le ling ren shi type thingys. and she was teaching me cha-cha! ha! mama!! i know how to cha-cha better than u!! anyways and she was teaching me rock&roll. and somewhere along the way, we dragged joyce into it (despite her resisting for a long time). i was bad... reallllllllllllllll bad. everytime i made a mistake, i wld burst out laughing and then joyce wld laugh and then her mom wld laugh. i think we spent more time laughin at me than any actual dancing. but well.. at the end of a very short dancing session (and a long laughing one) i have gotten the basics for cha-cha and rock&roll. and auntie invited me to line dance!!! LINE DANACE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! wah lau... i'm so going to rock the floor lah.. ahahhahah more on that when i actually get to it. heh.

other news: bought a knitted jacket for 7 dorrars!!! hahahahahhaha how fucking cheap is that?! from valley girl... ahahha and jaja is just delirious from her bargain of a buy. but that's a secret for now. more on that in the next next post. hahaha. erm... what else do i have to update u guys on (assuming u guys are even reading and are remotely interested in my loserish life) i'll be going on a short holiday soon.. location undisclosed. shall only blog abt it when i get back. hahah!! (roomies please don't spoil the surprise!! thankies!!) and i shall be putting up some pics that i had taken at the outing to little creatures. the only think i can say abt little creatures is: good food, good beer, good-looking pple and good fun! what a ball we had! thanx roomies, jon, charles, scott, sasa, junyi and tom for making awesome!
